Goku and Chi-Chi gave birth to Gohan in 757 Age. This was about a year after Chi-Chi and Goku married, which also followed the World Martial Arts Tourney. Gohan was nameless for a while until Goku's grandfather was mentioned, and Gohan liked the name.
