Miss USA contestants reveal their thoughts on evolution. Ashlee Simpson‘s got a new boyfriend. 10 Star Wars facts you might not know. Is Christina Hendricks going to be the new Wonder Woman? Bristol Palin vs. Meghan McCain. Bill O’Reilly defends President Obama against attacks by Lupe Fiasco. Wait, what? Madonna‘s Music gets a new remix. [...]

Maroon 5 frontman and judge/coach on The Voice teamed up with his Voice castmate Christina Aguilera for a new Maroon 5 single titled Moves Like Jagger and right now we get our first listen of the track. The song is a departure from the usual kind of music we get from Maroon 5 … specifically, Adam Levine‘s voice gets auto-tuned for the chorus. But, despite the differnet feel of the song, I do like it. Give it a listen below and see what you think.

The whistling reminds me immediately of Britney Spears‘s new single I Wanna Go … but with it’s own spin. I love Xtina‘s vocals … she adds a nice touch to the song and I really appreciate she keeps the OHHHHHHH WHOOOOOOAs to a minimum. What do y’all think? Is this song a hit? Do you love it?

Beyoncé Has A Busy Schedule This Week!

It's our favorite kind of week! A very Beyoncé one!
The singer took to Facebook to not only announce her upcoming appearance on The View this Thursday, but also that she's schedule to drop by Late Night with Jimmy Fallon to perform the second single off of her latest album, 4, Best Thing I Never [...]

Soap fans across the world were served a sliver of hope earlier this month when it was announced that two long-standing daytime favorites that are facing the ax come the fall will find new life online. However, it seems that one show could still be at risk due to contract negotiations.

Here's the story.

All My Children is set to air its last televised episode on September 23rd on ABC. It was anticipated that the show would then hit the web just a few days later. However, while taking a show from TV to the Internet sounds simple enough, there are still many factors to consider before the switch, namely monetary ones. The formation of new budgets and contract negotiations with production unions and guilds have to happen first, thus the return to Pine Valley may be postponed until early 2012.

It's bummer, but it's better than losing it all together!

Playing Guitar Is Fun AND Teaches Discipline

Forcing children to learn to play guitar may not be helpful to them during their formative stage of development. Instilling it to them can be done discretely by incorporating music in toys, and other things that will expose the kids early to rhythm, notes, and sounds. Arousing their senses with guitar sounds and videos can slowly be absorbed by the child, or even by leaving a small guitar in a room.

A Man Can Be Destroyed But Can Not Be Defeated

There are many great uses for clay beads but one of the best is using them as party favors. This may seem a little out of the ordinary, and maybe it is, but trust me this is a wonderful idea. For your friends who are beaders this will be a great blessing as they will have more inventory to work with. For your friends who have not yet delved into this realm of arts and crafts it will still be great as it might be the catalyst for them to get started. In this article I will discuss exactly how you can use these wonderful little creations to spice up your next party and give your guests something that they will remember for years to come.

Connecting Through Popular Karaoke Songs

Popular karaoke songs may appear to be a random indulgence for pleasure, but it has also been said to improve your mental and physical health. Studies have commented on the advantages of music therapy, which stimulates brain activity. Listening to music with a fast tempo, you grow more alert and your concentration levels rise. Slower music, on the other hand, will help you relax and do away with feelings of stress, depression and anxiety. A Professor from Japan, Takeshi Tanigawa specifically studied the effect of regular karaoke sessions on patients and found that they were slightly less prone to heart disease and strokes.

We have all been to a wedding or conference with a band that just isn't right for the occasion. It is sort of off-putting to see a band playing original music at a wedding or any other special event. Bands for weddings are not hard to find but you have to know what to look for to find the right band for your wedding.

During a skit where Jon Stewart pretended to have a press conference about Anthony Weiner's press conference, the scene called for him to make a marg — but he ended up breaking the glass when using the blender and accidentally cut his wrist!

They had to stop the show for a bit to make sure he was fine, and bandaged him before he continued.

Anything for comedy, LOLz!

Keep up the amazing work, Jon!

Of all the tennis Grand Slam tournaments, the Wimbledon Championship is the only one whose spectators have never decreased in number despite war interruptions and temporary controversies throughout its history. Since 1937, international fans unable to attend in person have been able to join in eager support of their favorite tennis players at Wimbledon by way of television and/or radio broadcasts. The Wimbledon Championships were televised for the first time in 1937, on BBC in the United Kingdom.

Are Justin Timberlake Ashley Olsen Dating?

Hmmm, is there any truth to the rumor of a new couple alert in the likes of Justin Timberlake & Ashley Olsen? That’s the latest gossip, my friends. I’m a bit surprised by this pairing, how about you? I mean seriously, this one totally came out of nowhere! If it’s true — yay or nay? The Hollywood dating revolving door spins round and round once again, this time allegedly for Justin Timberlake & Ashley Olsen. While the duo have been spotted around New York together at several events recently, that has been enough for tabs and the like to assume that the hook up is on! So where and what have these two been doing in The Big Apple? Us Weekly reported that they were seen at the SNL afterparty (JT served as host on the season finale on May21st), checked out some shows on Broadway and even attended a polo match. Okay, that wasn’t in NYC, but elsewhere. Anyways, a source told the mag that ‘they’re really trying to keep it on the down low’. Kinda funny that they’re trying to be all low key yet reports suggest that they’re spending quite some time together for all the world [...]

Changing a VHS to DVD

Whether you are a famous painter or an aspiring artist, you must never compromise on the quality of the art materials you use. Quality materials are essential regardless of your artistic ability as it does not matter if you create paintings for a living or you are just a hobbyist because how good your supplies are will directly impact on the art you make. Shopping for art materials on the internet can be confusing as it is often difficult to ascertain how good the supplies actually are because there is sometimes a big difference...

Perfect Wedding Bands and Music Make the Right Choice

One of the most important components for any guitar setup is a great set of speakers. Axe players need a good set in order to properly hear the music they're playing, and purchasing the wrong ones can lead to less than stellar sound. Players say a guitar is only as good as its speaker, and if you're not going to buy an adequate speaker bundle, then there's no point in purchasing or owning a professional six-string.

America's Got Talent on TV

NBC's got talent when it comes to producing winning reality-performance competition shows!

Last night, America's Got Talent debuted to record numbers with 15 million viewers during the first hour and 16.6 million the second.

The nationwide talent show then boosted viewership for The Voice, which had taken a ratings dip, but garnered 14.4 million viewers on Tuesday night.

The talented combo made NBC the most watched network on Tuesday night, beating out ABC's NBA Final between the Miami Heat and Dallas Mavericks.

Not too shabby! On the other hand, what is America to do without any more Idol this season?

We're curious to see if NBC will remain an audience favorite for vocal competitions when the X Factor premieres on FOX this fall.

Would U watch NBC's talent shows over FOX's?

Arts and Entertainment:Music from EzineArticles.com

Nobody had ever seen anything quite like Elvis Presley before when he started appearing on stages and live television broadcasts in the mid 1950s. Some had seen the rhythm and blues performers that Elvis in large part modeled himself after, but no one had seen a white performer behave "that way." Elvis' music was exciting and his stage presence was equally so. He had strong sex appeal and he knew how to use it. And he wasn't alone. Sex appeal was a big part of the equation for many rockabilly stars. And it was a big part of the reason why parents and other "responsible" adults hated the music!

tupac is alive jk

We always knew that if Tupac was still alive, he'd end up in New Zealand. Ha!

Okay, so Tupac's not ACTUALLY alive, but some hackers cracked PBS' website yesterday morning and posted a fake story about the late rapper on the PBS NewsHour section of the site.

Apparently, the group of hackers called LulzSec were upset about a recent Frontline program about WikiLeaks, and put up the Tupac story to get back at PBS.

Here's what Frontline executive producer David Fanning had to say about the program in question:

"From our point of view, we just see it as a disappointing and irresponsible act, especially since we have been very open to publishing criticism of the film…and the film included other points of view. This kind of action is irresponsible and chilling."

Guess these hackers have REALLY strong feelings about WikiLeaks!

Do U think a fake Tupac story was a good way for this hacker group to get back at PBS for their Frontline program???
